When you send us a brief or a contact form and tick the email box, our outreach agent works on your enquiry for about ten days. Here is exactly what it does:

• It reads the public pages of the website you gave us (the homepage and up to two more pages on the same site). Nothing behind a login, and nothing else about you.
• It emails you a short teardown within minutes, then up to three follow-ups over the next ten days: a drafted workflow, the payback math and a last note.
• If you reply, the sequence pauses. The agent may draft an answer, but anything about pricing, contracts or scheduling is checked and approved by a person before it is sent.
• If you ticked WhatsApp, you get the same milestones there. We never call you automatically.
• Every email has a one-click stop link, and replying STOP ends everything on either channel.

Job applications, partnership requests and audit requests are not added to this sequence. They go to Axit, and you get one email confirming we received them.
