Yes. Aumiqx is fully remote-first. The core team works from Uttarakhand, India, but every role is open to remote candidates across India. We coordinate async on GitHub, Linear, and Slack, and sync on video only when a decision genuinely needs a meeting. We bias toward written, decision-quality communication over calendars full of standups.
We hire across four lanes: AI engineering (agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, retrieval systems), full-stack product engineering (TypeScript, Next.js, Fastify, Drizzle, Postgres), automation engineering (Zapier/Make/n8n workflows at scale, integrations-heavy work), and design engineering (animation-first frontend, Framer Motion, GSAP, Tailwind). We post open roles on this page and via the @aumiqxHQ channels.
Not necessarily. Strong software engineers who are genuinely curious about building with AI pick this up fast. We care much more about taste, velocity, and attention to detail than about whether you already have five years of LLM experience. Show us something you built, even a weekend project, and we will read every line.
